Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements

Travelers visiting Grenada must meet certain entry requirements depending on their nationality and purpose of visit.

Most visitors, including those from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and many Caribbean and Commonwealth countries, do not require a visa for short stays, typically up to 90 days. However, they must present:

  • A valid passport with at least six months’ validity beyond the intended stay.

  • Proof of onward or return travel, such as a return airline ticket.

  • Evidence of accommodation during their stay (hotel reservation or invitation letter if staying with a resident).

  • Proof of sufficient funds to cover their expenses while in Grenada.

Travelers from countries that do require a visa must obtain one before arrival by applying at a Grenadian embassy or consulate.

Additionally, depending on global health situations, visitors may be asked to provide proof of vaccinations (for example, yellow fever vaccination if coming from an endemic country) or comply with any health entry protocols.

It’s always recommended to check the latest updates with the Grenada Immigration Department or your local Grenadian embassy before traveling.
